Stress is a normal part of life and can go from low to high in a minute. There are no rules that say stress should be short-lived or one-time occurrences. People get into serious stress trouble when their stress exists for long periods of time and gradually increases in intensity. Over three sessions, you will learn:
. Identification strategies self-awareness is key!
. Stress Management ideas tackle those stressors
. Changing Bad Habits self-care and self-control
