Stress is a normal part of life and can go from low to high in a minute. There are no rules that say stress should be short-lived or one-time occurrences. Stress knows no boundaries and seems to have a mind of its own. At times we can feel like stress is in control of our lives and we are unsure how to handle it.

People get into serious stress trouble when their stress exists for long periods of time and gradually increases in intensity. Those little signs like sleeplessness, headaches and neck tension aren’t coincidence. And using pills, massages and vacations fall short of fixing stress . When stress gets out of hand it is a sign there are problems that need solutions. Are you ready to stop letting your stress win and start taking back control of your life?

Over three sessions, you will learn:
. Identification strategies self-awareness is key!
. Stress Management ideas tackle those stressors
. Changing Bad Habits self-care and self-control
