Online Services

We are able to offer counselling services using technology programs that are private and secure.  This allows us to connect with clients over long distances and when scheduling face to face appointments is difficult.

If you are a first time client, we have provided all the information you need to understand the process and get started.

First Time Client Information

You probably have some questions and want more details.  Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Step 3:  Read, sign and return the confidentiality form and client intake form

A confidentiality agreement is a standard document used in counselling.  It outlines confidentiality between the client and counsellor and when outside reporting is required.  In order to work together a confidentiality agreement is required.  Additionally there is the client intake form. If you have any questions about either form, please ask. If you don’t have questions, sign and date the forms.  Return them before the first session by scan/email (pam@pampaquet.com).

Step 4:  If you have elected for a video session, an invite link will be sent to you just before your session time.

If have elected for a telephone session. Pam will contact you at your preferred number.

If you are attending the office for an in-person session, then we will email/text you the location and details when payment is received.

Some information so you to get the most out of video or telephone e-counselling:

  • Be prepared by having a quiet, private place when you attend a session via technology. Also make sure to safeguard any electronic communications you download, print or access.
  • The first session might be a little stressful so if it helps, write down some notes – things bothering you, ongoing problems, past issues, etc. It can be helpful to put things on paper to relieve the pressure and help you remember everything you want to discuss.

We look forward to working with you.  If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to bring them up so we can make the experience better for you. Congratulations on taking the first step in creating change.
