Online Services

We are able to offer counselling services using technology programs that are private and secure.  This allows us to connect with clients over long distances and when scheduling face to face appointments is difficult.

If you are a first time client, we have provided all the information you need to understand the process and get started.

If you are a returning client, scroll to the bottom of the page to select your method of e-counselling.

First Time Client Information

We offer online sessions in two formats.  The first is called video session and allows for conversations using technology so we can see and hear each other.  The second is called online chat and provides immediate messaging (like instant email) so there is a nice flow to the conversation.  Both programs use software programs that have high security levels specific for medical level use.  You never have to worry about someone accessing your information or our conversations.

You probably have some questions and want more details.  Please read through our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.

Some information so you to get the most out of e-counselling:

  • Be prepared by having a quiet, private place when you attend a session via technology. Also make sure to safeguard any electronic communications you download, print or access.
  • The first session might be a little stressful so if it helps, write down some notes – things bothering you, ongoing problems, past issues, etc. It can be helpful to put things on paper to relieve the pressure and help you remember everything you want to discuss.

We look forward to working with you.  If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to bring them up so we can make the experience better for you. Congratulations on taking the first step in creating change.
